OBITUARY IN BINSCARTH EXPRESS, JUNE 26, 1947
She led a full and active life until she met with an accident last December, from the effects of which she never recovered. The responsibility of caring for her home and family did not deter her from taking an active interest and participation in everything that had for its objective the betterment of the community. She was a faithful member of the United Church and was active in W.M.S., Church Aid, Sunday School and Mission Band; as well as the Red Cross. Anything that tended to help the under-provileged had her whole-hearted support.
