Monnette, "First Settlers of Ye Plantations", pg 819, mentions a wife, Dorothy. She is not mentioned in any other sources. S.R. Williams, Clifford and Martha Hardin, and the LDS Ancestral File all name Elizabeth Blackwell.

Zechariah was a mamber of Hopewell Church in 1749.

Carol Harbushka of the Drake Exchange mentions Dorothy as Zechariah's first wife.
