Text From Source: Agreement SpSt/4/11/86/2 11 Apr 1307 Language: Latin Contents: Between James son of Elias de Midehope, of the one part, and John his son, of the other part; who is bound to him upon a Bond upon Statute Merchant at Westminster for £100; if James dies before Lady Dionisia, widow of Sir Elias de Midhope, who holds for her life, lands and tenements in Midhope, Over Midhope, Langsett, Swyndene, Horderne and Billecleve; or if after the death of Lady D., John is enfeoffed by James, of these lands, for James' life, then James will make no claim for the Bond.
