A memorial to be Registered pursuant to the Statute in Such Case made and provided of an Indenture Bargain and Sale, bearing the date of Seventh day of March in the Year of our Lord, one Thousand Eight Hundred and twenty-nine at Gwillimbury North in the Home District and Province of Upper Canada, between John Haight ofthe Township of North Gwillimbury in the district and Province aforesaid, Yeoman, and Elizabeth Haight, wife of the said John Haight and Daughter of the LateThomas D. Emes of the Township of Gwillimbury North aforesaid, of the one Partand Silas Emes of the aforesaid Township of Gwillimbury North, Yeoman of the other part. Whereby the Said John Haight and Elizabeth Haight, his wife, for and in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty-Seven Pounds, ten Shillings of Lawful money of the Said Province, to them in hand, well and truly paid, the Receipt whereby is hereby acknowledged have granted, Bargained, Sold, Released, Enfeoffed,Conveyed and Confirmed unto the Said Silas his Heir and asigned forever all that certain parcel of tract of Land and premises Situated Lying and being in theTownship of North Gwillimbury in the Home District and Province aforesaid being Composed of the North Half of Broken Lot number Twenty-Six in the Second and Third concession of the Said Township and being the Estate and Inheritance of the said Elizabeth Haight.
Entered and Registered the 29th day of June 1831.
